Everything you should know about the Notary Process.

What is a Notary?

Unauthorized Practice of Law

As a Notary Public I am an impartial witness to the signings of your important documents, but it is crucial to remember that as a Notary I am not an attorney, therefore I am not authorized to explain or interpret the contents of any document. Doing so would result in unauthorized practice of Law. While I, as a notary verify signatures and identities, I cannot provide any legal advice or guidance. Always consult with a legal professional if you need help understanding a document.
